Take a bowl,combine ripe and raw mangoes.
Peel the mangoes,chop in to pieces and discard the seeds.
Put the pulp in to a pressure cooker and 1 glass of water.close the lid and cook for 2-5 whistles.
Open the lid,turn off the flame and strain it .Dont discard the mango water keep it aside .
Once the mangoes become soft.
Make the cooked mangoes slightly cool before grinding.
Take a grinder and cooked mangoes and grind in to a smooth puree.
Mix the mango pulp with mango water and add the sugar mix it well.
The quantity of fibre is high in the mangoes .so strain it again to get the mango pulp.
Adjust water as per as the discard consistency.
Mango frooti is ready.
